Europe

Standard Delivery: Shipping costs for European destinations are calculated at checkout based on location.

All orders are shipped using DPD to ensure tracked and reliable delivery.

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days from dispatch.

Europe
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Order Processing

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. DPD will also provide delivery updates directly.


Delivery Method

All walking pads and treadmills are delivered by courier to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may arrange re-delivery or collection in line with their procedures.

All products are securely packaged to protect them during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
