Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products purchased from The925Fit.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement rather than issuing an immediate refund.

What to do

Please contact us at hello@the925fit.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the fault or damage
Photos of the packaging if relevant

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out as soon as possible.


Replacement Process for Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged:

A replacement will be issued promptly
Return instructions for the faulty or damaged item will be provided if required
Return arrangements will be confirmed on a case by case basis

This policy applies from the date the customer physically receives the product.


Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Products

A refund will only be issued if:
A replacement is not available, or
A replacement cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe

In these cases, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and European consumer law.


Change of Mind Returns

14 Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

This applies if you decide the product is no longer wanted or suitable.


Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a return under the 14 day cancellation period:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product
The product must be returned in original condition, unused, and suitable for resale
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

Products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may not be eligible for a full refund.


How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at hello@the925fit.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the product

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service

The925Fit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refund Processing for Change of Mind Returns

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or excessive wear, a deduction may be applied to reflect the reduced value of the item.


Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

The following items are not eligible for return under the 14 day cancellation policy:

Products that have been used or installed and cannot be restored to original condition
Custom or personalised products
Digital products or downloadable content

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective products.


Maintenance and Use Requirements

All walking pads and treadmills must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided.

Failure to follow maintenance guidelines, including lubrication requirements, may result in damage that is not considered a manufacturing fault and may not be covered under this policy.
